Stocktonia News Service (SNS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to conducting rigorous, trustworthy, ethical, and factual coverage of life in Stockton, California. Our journalistic focus is in five key areas: local government, business, public safety, education, and community news.

About our journalism

Since June 1, 2022, Stocktonia News Service has provided in-depth and investigative coverage of our local school district and a serial killing spree, in addition to stories of local businesspeople striving for success. We are getting noticed by many community members who believe legacy news has left them searching for important stories.
